Nonprofit Capacity Building Grants

Capacity Building Grants help nonprofits strengthen their organizational infrastructure, leadership, and sustainability. Rather than funding direct services, these grants invest in the systems, skills, and strategies that help organizations deliver their missions more effectively over the long term.

Eligible Activities

• Strategic planning and organizational assessment
• Board development and governance training
• Financial management systems and audit preparation
• Technology upgrades and data management
• Staff professional development and leadership coaching
• Fundraising planning and donor management systems

Grants of up to $25,000 are available. Organizations may use funds over a 12-month period and must submit a final report documenting outcomes and organizational changes.
